Booking Fee:

Our booking fee is 30% of the total cost, once paid your booking will be secure with us. Then you will be given a unique booking ID where you can log back in at any time to check your booking, add playlists, colour scheme. You can add on any of our extras, but if you get stuck just contact us or use the live chat function at the bottom of the page.

HOW DO YOU HIRE A WEDDING DJ IN BRISTOL

We have an online booking system that allows you to check if we’re available for your date. If we’re available then you can continue to book online, but if you have any questions to ask before booking then please contact us first.

CAN WE REQUEST CERTAIN MUSIC

Yes we welcome playlists, it is your wedding and we want to play the songs you want to listen to and dance to. We don’t require a list for the whole evening, about 10-30 songs max, ones that your wedding would not be complete if you did not hear them.

We do always ask for any songs you don’t want to be played. 

WILL THE DJ TAKE REQUESTS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING

Of course, but not the ones on your NO list, we love to take requests to keep everyone happy. We carry a wide selection of music, but unfortunately, sometimes we do get asked for random songs that we may not have in our collection.

CAN WE HAVE A CUSTOM FIRST DANCE

Yes, we can create a custom mix for you, anything is possible from mixing two tracks together to a selection of songs mixed into one.

WILL THE DJ HAVE ALL THE SOUND AND LIGHTING EQUIPMENT

Yes, we use only the best professional equipment. We have spent time and money to make sure we have great sounding speakers and lighting to suit.

The only thing we require at the venue is electricity.

ARE YOU INSURED?

We have Public liability insurance up to £10million, just ask for our certificate and we will happily forward it to your venue. And all of our equipment has a electrical test every year.

WHAT IF THE DJ IS UNWELL OR CAN’T MAKE OUR EVENT

We have a team of 5 different trusted DJs in Bristol and there is always one on backup just in case. But we have never yet had to call upon one.

We know important the evening reception is and make sure everything is fine beforehand.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO TRAVEL?

We offer free travel to anywhere within 20 miles of Bristol if you’re a little further afield, don’t be shy. We’re happy to come to your event and charge £1 per mile one way. We cover a 60 miles radius of Bristol.

DO I NEED TO PAY A FEE TO SECURE THE BOOKING
Yes please, a £125 booking fee secures your date and the remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to your event. Once paid we will send you a confirmation letter.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Yes in the client portal you can make monthly payments, so if you have done some extra overtime or won on the horses, then you can make a payment towards your booking.
